Replaces hydrant debris cover and wedge with heavy-duty brushed stainless steel. Matte white coating over stainless steel provides a beautiful finish with added corrosion protection. Adjustable friction hinge. Simply remove hydrant faceplate screws to install, water does not need to be shut off for replacement.
